"B" as in Best, "S" as in Service...

I've always wanted to say that.  Seriously though, ICES customer service is not perfect but it is pretty good.

  • Your credits are reported quickly - many times the same day you attended the course.

  • You leave with your certificate of completion.

  • Because your schedule is subject to change - walk-ins are welcome, there is never a tuition penalty to pay the day of the seminar and since "Life Happens" you can cancel at the last minute without penalty.

  • The referral program is a way for Dan to buy you lunch!

Get $10 From Dan

referral [ri-fur-uh l] noun - a person recommended to someone or for something.  Random House Dictionary.

The best way to grow any business is through referrals.  Whenever you can say to a fellow insurance professional, "I know someone who makes insurance CE interesting.  You should come with me and see for yourself," it is a very powerful and much appreciated.

To show appreciation ICES is instituting the "Get $10 from Dan" referral program.  The program is pretty simple.  For every person who accompanies you to an ICES course offering - and has never attended an ICES course before - you receive $10 in cash.  There is no limit and the number of credits you and your referral take doesn't matter.

Good luck and thank you for your referrals.

  • Dan has a new executive assistant!  You will meet Otis in the spring of 2016.

  • Tuition increases in ND and WI are due to a $1 per credit hour charge imposed on all CE providers when credits are reported. State Based Systems – the CE administrator in ND and WI – collect the reporting fee.

  • Dan continues to fall apart one joint at a time and will have a hip replaced in February of 2016 and his knee preplacement is “in the on-deck circle.  Apparently an ill spent youth has a day of reckoning.  It’s a good thing Dan’s job requires no real work!
