Seriously though, ICES customer service is not perfect
but it is pretty good.

Your credits are reported quickly - many times
the same day you attended the course.

You leave with your certificate of completion.

Because your schedule is subject to change -
walk-ins are welcome, there is never a tuition penalty to pay the
day of the seminar and since "Life Happens" you can cancel at the
last minute without penalty.

from Dan" referral program. The program is pretty
simple. For every person who
accompanies you to an ICES course offering - and
has never attended an ICES course
before - you receive $10 in cash. There is
no limit and the number of credits you and your referral
take doesn't matter.
